Naturopathic tests and field analysis
During the first meeting, some field analyses (naturopathic tests) will be offered to you in order to collect additional information for the development of the naturopathic assessment.
Warning: the various field analyses discussed below are in no way scientific diagnostic tools for health status, but rather are part of a holistic approach to assessing the person's vitality parameters.
Bioimpedance - BIOMARKERS 2000

The BIA (bioimpedance) test measures resistance and reactance using small electrodes. This machine is approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
The biomarker measures fat mass and lean mass, body mass index, basal metabolic rate (calories expended at rest), cellular hydration and cell membrane integrity.
A BIA test will be performed at subsequent meetings to determine where parameter changes have occurred, if any.
ChemStrip

These are sticks that measure urinary pH and density. If other parameters are revealed, you will be advised to discuss them with your doctor.
Zinc Tally Test

This test can detect a possible zinc deficiency. Zinc is a trace element that plays, among other things, an important role in hormonal balance, helps maintain immune balance and is a constituent and activator of many enzymes.
Koenisburg
This analysis is based on the measurement of urinary chloride and gives an indirect indication of adrenal function. These are approximate values to be corroborated with other vitality measurements.
Sulkowitch
This field test allows you to determine the pH and thus the level of acidosis or alkalosis in the body.
A diet based on ultra-processed foods, a state of constant stress, lack of exercise make our body too 'acidic' due to a lack of alkaline minerals. Our metabolism is not adapted to the unbalanced modern diet or to chronic stress. The state of acidosis thus generated leads to imbalances that can be noted, among other things, by morning fatigue, joint pain, reduced resistance to cold, weakness and sleep disturbance.
Iridology

The first treatise on iridology was written by Dr. Peczely in 1880. He wrote on the first page: 'The eye is not only the mirror of the soul, it is also that of the body.'
This is an examination of dynamic, structural and chromatic abnormalities of the colored surface of the eye. It is not a diagnostic tool but a holistic approach to assessing general vitality.
